Visit our Partner page to submit an application. We review each application based on location, expertise, and alignment with our quality standards. Approved partners receive onboarding, training, and access to our platform.

How does the priority service work?
Priority service guarantees your device will be diagnosed and repaired within 120 minutes (for eligible repairs). If we fail to meet this timeline, your priority fee is fully refunded. This service is available at participating nodes.

Yes, every service order receives a unique tracking ID. You can monitor real-time status updates, view repair photos, approve quotes, and receive notifications through our platform or WhatsApp.
